Roasted Asparagus and Thyme

Ingredients:
3 lbs fresh asparagus, trimmed
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons fresh minced thyme or 3/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Place asparagus in a roasting pan or baking pan lined with heavy duty foil.
2. Drizzle with oil and toss to coat.
3. Sprinkle with thyme, salt and pepper.
4. Bake, uncovered at 425' for 10-15 min or until crisp-tender.
