Roast Pork and Apple Dinner in a Pan

Adapted from Kraft Kitchens. pork chops, mushrooms, balsamic vinaigrette dressing, MINUTE White Rice, chicken broth, water, red apples, dried thyme cvt
Ingredients:
16 oz pork chops, about 3/4 inch thick
1 onion, sliced
2 cups sliced mushrooms
2 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette dressing
1 1/2 cups minute white rice, uncooked
10 ounce condensed chicken broth
10 ounce water (use broth can)
2 red apples, sliced
1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
Directions:
1. Spray large nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
2. Add chops; cook on medium-high heat 4 minutes on each side or until browned.
3. Add onion, mushrooms and dressing; cook an additional 3 minutes.
4. Stir in rice, broth, water, apples and thyme.
5. Reduce heat to medium; simmer 10 minutes or until heated through.
