Ingredients:
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish (south beach friendly)
2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
4 leaves red leaf lettuce or 4 leaves green leaf lettuce, large
8 slices roast beef, lean
2 sprigs watercress
Directions:
1. Combine horse radish and mayonnaise.
2. Spread mixture on lettuce leaves.
3. Top with roast beef and watercress.
4. Roll up leaves, securing with toothpicks, and serve.
