Roadhouse Steaks With Ancho Chile Rub

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon fresh ground black pepper
2 teaspoons dried ancho chile powder
4 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
4 (4 ounce) beef tenderloin steaks, trimmed
Directions:
1. Prepare grill.
2. Combine first 8 ingredients in a small bowl.
3. Rub spice mixture evenly over steaks; let stand 10 minutes.
4. Place steaks on a grill rack coated with cooking spray.
5. Grill 5 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
