Ingredients:
16 ounces ricotta cheese
2 tablespoons fine ground coffee
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup rum
Directions:
1. Beat ricotta until light and press through a fine sieve. Add the coffee and sugar and mix well.
2. Add the rum and blend thoroughly.Pour into a serving dish and chill for several hours.
