After training, or after dinner, sometimes I crave something sweet. This is a wonderfully simple, wonderfully tasty dessert that wont break the calorie limit. Plus, it takes no time at all!
Ingredients:
30 g scoop protein powder
1 cup low-fat ricotta cheese
Directions:
1. Mix protein powder & ricotta together in a bowl until combined.
2. Enjoy!
