a wonderfull easy dessert pie that's easy and everyone will be impressed!
Ingredients:
1 cup ricotta cheese
4 ounces of mascarpone cheese
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 9 inch pre-pared pillsbury piecrust(in refrigerator section)
cinnamon for garnish before baking
Directions:
1. Combine the Ricotta cheese,mascarpone cheese,eggs,vanilla extract,and salt.,sugar
2. Whisk together until smooth(or use a hand mixer)
3. Pour into a prepared pie crust.
4. Sift some cinnamon over the top sparingly
5. Bake at 350 degrees in preheated oven for 40-45=minutes.
6. Cool completely and chill several hours.
7. Serve.
