Rich Sesame Sauce(Or Marinade)

This is a scrumptious sauce over rice or grains, vegetables, or as a marinade for tofu and tempeh(or meat).
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
3 tablespoons honey
6 tablespoons soy sauce
6 tablespoons dark sesame oil
1/4 cup sesame seeds, toasted in a small skillet
4 -6 garlic cloves, peeled, smashed (or more to taste)
1 teaspoon ground ginger (or 1/2 tsp. minced fresh ginger)
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Put all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree until smooth.

3. Roast or fry a few raw peanuts until golden and use 1/2 cup light peanut flavored oil flavored with 2 tbls. roasted peanut oil.
