Ingredients:
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/3 cup pistachios
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
dash of coarse sea salt
2 cups vanilla low-fat frozen yogurt
Directions:

Place first 5 ingredients in a blender; process until smooth.

Add frozen yogurt; process until smooth. Divide among 4 glasses. Serve immediately.
