This is for those of us that have a sweet tooth! Always a hit in our gatherings with both adults and children alike. You will find this drink to be rich, smooth and perfect to go with a hot and spicy curry!
Ingredients:
500 g plain yogurt
400 ml mango pulp
2 tablespoons condensed milk
1/2 cup water
Directions:
1. Put HALF of all ingredients in a blender and blend till well mixed.
2. Scrape sides with a spatula if necessary.
3. Test for sweetness and thickness and add condensed milk/water to achieve the a sweeter and thinner drink if you prefer.
4. Repeat with the second half.
