A rich double chocolate pudding for 1 or 2. Reminds me of Jell-O Instant Chocolate Fudge Pudding Mix. Easily sized up for larger servings. May be served warm or cold. Ingredients:
1/4 cup sugar |
2 tablespoons cocoa |
1 tablespoon cornstarch |
1 cup milk |
1/2 ounce semisweet chocolate |
1/2 tablespoon butter |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Mix sugar, cocoa and cornstarch, whisk in milk until smooth.
2. Whisk over medium to medium-high heat and bring to a boil. Boil for 2 minutes.
3. Remove from heat, stir in semi-sweet chocolate, butter and vanilla. Chill.
