  1. Mix the beans and sour cream, blending thoroughly.
  2. Blend in all of the other ingredients except the garnish, blending well.
  3. Cover and chill.
  4. Garnish with the cheddar cheese just before serving.
  5. SUGGESTED DIPPERS: Cucumber, Cheese Crackers, Jicama, Broccoli
