Rice With With Mango

Coconut rice with mango and mint, to complete a Thai dinner.
Ingredients:
800 ml coconut milk.
50 gr white extra granulated sugar.
200 gr risotto rice.
2 ripe mangos.
2ts sesam seeds.
a few sprigs mint
1 ts ground cinnamon.
Directions:
1. Bring coconut milk with the sugar and a pinch of salt to a boil add rice and bring to a boil stir, cook with the pan covered ca 25 min on low heat, till done, let cool till luke warm.
2. Peel the mangos and cut the meat in slices.
3. Roast the sesam seeds in a dry frying pan till golden brown and let cool down.
4. Divide rice in 4 bowls , top with sesam seeds and sprinkle with cinnamon, garnish with mint.
