Rice with Peas and Mint

Ingredients:
1 extra-large bag boil-in-bag rice
1 (10-ounce) package frozen english peas
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint or 2 teaspoons dried mint
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Cook rice. Transfer to a large bowl.
2. While rice cooks, cook peas according to package directions, omitting salt and fat; drain.
3. Add peas, cheese, mint, and salt to rice. Toss well.
