Ingredients:
4 cups cooked rice (your choice)
1 cup corn niblets
4 tomatoes, chunked
1 small english cucumber, chunked
1 (14 ounce) can black olives (pitted)
1 small red onion
1 bunch radish
4 green onions
Directions:
1. cook rice and cool.
2. Chop or chunk veggies and add in to rice.
3. Drizzle with your favorite oil based dressing. I like sesame for a sweet asian type taste.
