A nice side dish for a picnic or grilling out.
Ingredients:
1 cup cooked rice
1/2 cup chopped black olives
1/2 cup chopped pimiento
2 teaspoons vinegar
1 small onion, chopped
1 stalk chopped celery
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Chill at least 4 hrs.
3. Best if overnight.
