A quick and easy favorite
Ingredients:
6 cups 2% low-fat milk
1 cup white rice
1/2 cup sugar
1 dash nutmeg
1 dash cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoons butter
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325.
2. Place all ingredients in a 3 quart baking dish, stir until sugar is disolved.
3. Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes.
4. It will thicken as it cools - best served warm, with ice cream!
