Ingredients:
3 cup(s) rice
6 cup(s) chicken broth
1 lb sliced mushrooms
1 chopped onion
1/4 teaspoon(s) minced garlic
salt and pepper
1 stick butter
Directions:
1. Tbsp olive oil in sautee pan. Add in rice and sautee till translucent. This will keep rice from sticking. Cook rice in chicken broth. Melt butter in sautee pan. Add in mushrooms, garlic, onion, salt & pepper. Cook till tender. Add to rice.
