This is a great tangy side dish to complete your barbecue.
Ingredients:
1-1/3 c. uncooked instant rice
1/3 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. butter or marg.
Directions:
1. In a 9 in.-round foil pie pan, combine first 7 ingred.
2. Dot with butter.
3. Cover with heavy duty foil, sealing the edges tightly.
4. Grill covered for 14-15 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed.
5. Fluff with a fork and aerve immediately.
