When prepared it for guests, they are shocked that it’s a combination of cottage cheese and rice kripies. Kids love this too! Differently delicious!
Ingredients:
3 cups rice krispies
3 eggs
2 cups cottage cheese
1/2 package of onion soup mix
french fried onions ( canned ) to place on top
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except french fried onion rings in a large bowl.
2. Pour into a casserole dish.
3. Top with the cannned french fried onions ( or frozen kind of batter fried onion rings ) and bake about 45 minutes at 350°.
