Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups milk
3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup rice flour
3 tablespoons rice flour
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon sugar
Directions:
1. put milk eggs salt sugar in blender blend.
2. add rice flour
3. blend.
4. with blender running add stream of melted butter.
5. let batter rest at least 1 hour
6. at room temp or 12 hours in frig
7. blend just before making as it tends to separate
8. heat skillet and put in a little butter pour in 1/4 cup batter and swirl around.
9. cook
10. repeat if you are going to freeze them put some wax paper between so they dont stick together.
