A super easy side dish that's easy to make and tasty.
Ingredients:
2 cups rice, uncooked
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1/4 cup soya sauce
1/4 cup oil
4 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 can mushrooms with juice
3 1/2 cups boiling water
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in casserole dish.
2. Pour in 3 1/2 cups boiling water.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
4. Stir.
