Quick and easy rice side dish
Ingredients:
1 small chopped onion
1 small chopped bell pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cans chicken and rice soup
1.5 cans of water
1 stick butter
1 cup of raw rice
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Mix all ingredients together
3. Place into baking dish
4. Cook in oven for 1 hour
