Ingredients:
1/2 cup fat free ricotta cheese
1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup sliced strawberries
3 brown rice cakes
1 tbsp splenda, optional
Directions:
1. Sliced all fruits and place in a bowl. Add zero calorie sweetner as needed. Mix in ricotta cheese. Mound 1/3 cup of mixture onto rice cake.
