Super easy, super affordable! Invented this one night when the ingredients were about all I had in the house. It's been a family favorite from jump!
Ingredients:
1 lb hamberger (leaner is better if you can)
2 servings rice
16 oz shreded meduim chedder
1 can s & w chili beans in zesty tomato sauce (for more zing you can use the one with chipolte)
Directions:
1. Brown hamberger
2. Cook rice
3. Drain the hamberger and mix with the chili beans
4. Add bean mixture to cooked rice, stir to mix
5. Add shredded cheese and stir till cheese is melted
