Ingredients:
aduka beans, black eyed peas, kidney beans or gong goo peas
black pepper
coconut milk or powder
easy cook rice
garlic
onion
sweet pepper
thyme
Directions:
1. Boil peas.
2. Add cold water to sink peas. (Don't add to much water)
3. Add seasoning (garlic, onion).
4. Mix coconut powder with water. Add coconut milk 10 minutes before you add rice. (3-4 Tbsp for six, 2 tbsp for two)
