great tastey salad
Ingredients:
1 cup regegular stewed tomatoes
1 tbs. olive oil
1/2 tbs cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. dried marjoram leaves
1/2 tsp. thyme leaves or dried thyme
1/4 tsp. salt
2-3 drops hot pepper sauce
2 cups cooked brown rice
1-15oz can kidney beans
rinsed and well drained.
1/4 cup sliced thin green onions
1 large celery stock diced
Directions:
1. In medium bowl combined tomatoes oil vinegar
2. marjoram thyme salt and if desired hot pepper sauce stir mix well
3. Stir in rice beans onion celery
4. Serve Salad at room tempature or cover and refrigerate before serving Will keep in frig. 2-3 days
