Rice A Roni Carbonara Style

Here is shortcut supper idea using good ol' Rice A Roni. Of course I prefer fried rice at New Peking or the local takeout, this is a good standby. I have been making this for years. You can use ham, mushrooms, bean sprouts, shrimp-Whatever you like. Read more . The Rice-A-Roni is just great base.
Ingredients:
1 box rice-a-roni fried rice
3 eggs, scrambled.
6 pieces bacon, cooked.
1 cup snap peas (frozen is ok!)
1 cup shredded carrots
green onions, sliced.
low salt soy (there is enough salt in this box!)
Directions:
1. Cook the bacon , drain and set aside.
2. Prepare the Rice-A-Roni per the box directions.
3. Add the frozen Snap Peas
4. Add the Carrots
5. While the rice is simmering, scramble the eggs.
6. Just before rice is ready, add the scrambled eggs and add the chopped bacon. Mix all together in the large skillet a few minutes.
7. Add the chopped green onions.
8. Splash the soy over the rice
9. Ready !
