This is healthier and cheaper than the stuff in the box at the store.
Ingredients:
1/2 c raw vermicelli or spaghetti, broken into pieces
3/4 c raw rice
4 1/2 oz chicken broth
2 tb margarine
desired spices
saute spaghetti and rice in margarine, stirring constantly, until lightly browned.
add spices and broth.
bring to a boil.
cover, reduce to low, and simmer 15 minutes
