This is an aussie recipe passed down the family, easy to make and very delicious! sounds really really bad but it actually tastes really really good!! trust me!
Ingredients:
5-6 garlic and herb sausages (can be plain)
3 potatoes diced
1 200g can of peas and corn
2 tablespoons of oil
2 packets of 'rice-a-riso' or chicken flavoured packet rice
Directions:
1. Boil the diced potaoes with salted water untill only just soft.
2. Follow the instructions for the packet on rice a riso pack.
3. Brown sausages in a fry pan with oil and set aside.
4. Add rice, sausages, peas and corn and potato to the frying pan and stir.
5. Serve immediately.
