This is not only delicious and simple to prepare, but makes a beautiful presentation when served. Ideal for showers, baptisms, communions, etc. Youll want to prepare this a day ahead, due to refrigeration time (not reflected in cooking time). Be sure to use a clear glass baking dish for optimum effect!
Ingredients:
2 (3 ounce) packages strawberry jell-o gelatin dessert
2 (3 ounce) packages lime jell-o gelatin
2 (3 ounce) packages lemon jell-o gelatin
1 (3 ounce) package cherry jell-o
1 (12 ounce) can milnot evaporated milk
7 cups boiling water
3 cups cold water
Directions:
1. Completely dissolve one package strawberry jello in 1 cup boiling water.
2. Stir in 3/4 cup cold water.
3. Pour into a 9-inch x 12-inch glass dish; chill until set.
4. Completely dissolve one package strawberry jello in 1 cup boiling water.
5. Stir in 1/2 cup Milnot; pour over first layer; chill until set.
6. Completely dissolve one package lime jello in 1 cup boiling water.
7. Stir in 3/4 cup cold water; pour over strawberry layers; chill until set.
8. Completely dissolve one package lime jello in 1 cup boiling water.
9. Stir in 1/2 cup Milnot; pour over lime layer; chill until set.
10. Completely dissolve one package lemon jellow in 1 cup boiling water.
11. Stir in 3/4 cup cold water; pour over lime layer; chill until set.
12. Completely dissolve one package lemon jellow in 1 cup boiling water.
13. Stir in 1/2 cup Milnot; pour over lemon layer; chill until set.
14. Completely dissolve one package cherry jellow in 1 cup boiling water.
15. Stir in 3/4 cup cold water; pour over lemon layer; chill until set.
16. Cut into squares when serving.
