Rhubarb Sauce

Ingredients:
3 cups rhubarb, chopped in 1/2 inch pieces
1 cup water
Directions:
1. Place rhubarb and water in saucepan and cook until rhubarb is soft.
2. Remove from heat and stir in sugar to taste (approximately 1 cup).
3. Can be served warm or cold as an accompaniment to a meal or as a family dessert.
