Rhubarb Relish

Serve with meat, rice or vegetable stir fry. Try it with your next barbecue, you may decide it is not as crazy as it sounds.
Ingredients:
1/2 lb chopped rhubarb
1/2-3/4 cup sugar
1 orange, grated zest and juice
2 jalapeno peppers or 1 dried chili, seeded and chopped
2 shallots, finely chopped
Directions:
1. Put all the above in a heavy pan and bring to the boil, simmer for about twenty minutes to thicken.
