Ingredients:
6 cups fresh rhubarb
5 cups sugar
1 -3 ounce raspberry gelatin powder
Directions:
1. Cut rhubarb into 1/2 pieces.
2. Mix rhubarb with the sugar and let stand about 10 minutes.
3. Bring to a boil in medium saucepan for 7 minutes.
4. Remove from heat and add jello,mix well.
5. You may have to skim foam from the top before pouring into jars.
6. Pour into jelly jars.
