Rhubarb Crumble

Good use of rhubarb, wonderful with whipping cream or melting ice cream.
Ingredients:
4 cups cut up rhubarb
1/2 cup of butter
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/4 tsp of salt
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of brown sugar
3/4 cup of rolled oats
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Butter a 1 1//2 quart casserole dsih.
3. Put rhubarb in buttered dish.
4. Sprinkle with white sugar.
5. Combine butter, brown sugar, flour, oats and salt.
6. Blend until crumbly.
7. Sprinkle over rhubarb.
8. Bake until rhubarb is tender and top is well browned.
9. Serve warm with whipped cream or soft ice cream.
