Rhubarb Cream Cheese Pie

My wife got this from a lady that she works with. She says it's really good! Putting it on the Zaar for safe keeping.....& future reference!
Ingredients:
3 cups rhubarb, cut-up
2 1/2 cups sugar
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1 tablespoon flour
9 inches unbaked pie shells
3/4 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°.
2. In a bowl, mix the rhubarb & 1/2 c.sugar & set aside.
3. In another bowl, mix the remaining sugar, eggs & flour & add to the rhubarb.mixture.
4. Pour into the unbaked pie shell & bake for 45 minutes.
5. Remove from oven & let cool completly.
6. Mix the sour cream & vanilla & spread evenly onto cooled pie.
7. ENJOY!
