Rhubarb Chutney

Another recipe that does not state the amount of jars to use. So I guessed.
Ingredients:
2 lbs coarsely chopped rhubarb
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup raisins
2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a large saucepan.
2. Heat gently, stirring constantly, until the sugar is dissolved.
3. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer over a medium heat for about 1/2 hour or until the mixture is thick. Stir frequently.
4. Pour into warm sterilized jars and seal.
5. May be eaten immediately.
