Yummy Cake
Ingredients:
1/2 cup margarine or butter
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 egg
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/1 cups rhubarb
topping
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Directions:
1. Cream together margarine and brown sugar. Beat in egg. Combine flour, baking soda and salt. Mix flour mixture into brown sugar mixture alternately with sour cream and vanilla. Stir in rhubarb. Dump into a greased 9 X 13 pan. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle on top of cake mixture. Bake for 50 – 60 minutes at 350°.
