Ingredients:
2 cups rhubarb, diced
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 cup milk
2 cups flour
1/2 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup nuts (optional)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix together butter, baking soda, brown sugar,
2. salt, egg, milk, flour, vanilla, and rhubarb.
3. Pour cake mixture into a greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish.
4. In a small bowl, combine remaining brown sugar, nuts, and cinnamon.
5. Sprinkle on top of cake mixture.
6. Bake for 45 minutes.
