Rhubarb Bread Pudding

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
4 slices toast, cubed
1 cup rhubarb, sliced
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
1. Mix eggs and milk together.
2. Add toast, rhubarb, sugar and cinnamon.
3. Pour into buttered casserole.
4. Bake at 350 for one hour, or until custard is set.
