Yes, another family favorite dip to serve while routing for your favorite team. This is easily doubled or tripled.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup sauerkraut, drained and coarsely chopped
4 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
8 ounces sour cream
1/2-1 tablespoon horseradish (optional)
1/2 cup grated swiss cheese
4 ounces corned beef, finely diced
2 round loaves of rye or marble rye bread, or one of each
Directions:
1. In a saucepan, combine all ingredients.
2. Heat on low heat, stirring occasionally, until heated thoroughly and blended well.
3. Cut the top off the round bread and make a bowl .
4. Cube the top of that loaf.
5. Cut your other round loaf into cubes for dipping.
6. If dip is too thick, it should be dipping thick, thin it with some milk.
7. Cool off the dip slightly, and pour it into your bread bowl.
8. serve with bread cubes for dipping.
