Rena's Whipped Cream Frosting

My dh traditionally has this on a plain angel food cake. The frosting is not too sweet and the cake must be kept in the fridge.
Ingredients:
2/3 cup confectioners' sugar
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup baking cocoa (such as hershey's)
Directions:
1. Combine all 3 ingredients in bowl.
2. Beat with electric mixer until stiff enough to spread.
3. Frost and enjoy.
4. This recipe can also easily be halved for a smaller cake.
