Ingredients:
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
3 green onions, minced
2 tablespoons creole mustard
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
Directions:
1. Stir together all ingredients until blended. Serve immediately, or cover and chill up to 3 days.
2. Tartar Sauce: Omit mustard, garlic, and parsley. Prepare recipe as directed, stirring in 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish and 2 tsp. lemon zest.
