various veggies chopped fairly small, mixed with dressing. Celery, lettuce, kohlrabi, radishes, whatever veggies you like that are crisp and can be chopped small. Mushrooms, for example would not work as well as those mentions above, ALTHOUGH TOMATOES PROBABLY WOULD WORK WELL.
Ingredients:
1 small cucumber, halved and sliced
6 baby carrots, chopped
1/8 c onions, chopped
1/2 c green beans, kitchen cut
1 t dressing
Directions:
1. mis all ingredients together and let marinate for a bit.
2. Can be stored in fridge for several days.
