Refreshing Low Calorie Salad

This is a basic tomato cucumber salad, with cottage cheese. I made this up as a solution to a filling low calorie salad that tastes good!
Ingredients:
2 medium sized cucumbers
2 medium sized tomatoes
1 -2 tablespoon cottage cheese (low-fat or non-fat)
2 -3 walnuts, chopped (coarsely or finely chopped)
2 teaspoons dried mint
1 teaspoon dry basil or 3 fresh basil leaves, finely chopped
Directions:
1. Cut the tomatoes and cucumbers into cubes not too small and not too big (or to the liking, I prefer them to be a bit smaller).
2. Mix the diced vegetables, the cheese, the chopped walnuts and the herbs all together in a bowl.
3. Enjoy!
