Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a medium saucepan, on low heat, melt butter to liquid and add golden brown sugar. Dissolve the sugar. Remove from heat.
  2. Quickly add honey and mix well til blended.
  3. Add all the other ingredients, mixing and blending well.
  4. Return to low heat and stir for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
  5. Option A: Pour marinade into 2 ziploc bags and add steaks. Refrigerate overnight. Option B: In a rectangular Tupperware dish, pour half the marinade. Add the steaks, side by side, then pour the rest of the marinade on top of the steaks. Secure the lid on the dish and refrigerate overnight.
