Reduced Fat Oatmeal and Mixed Chip Cookies

I buy my chips already mixed at the amish store near my house.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup reduced fat margarine
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 1/2 cups light brown sugar
1 1/2 cups splenda granular
1/4 cup skim milk
3 egg whites
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups flour
6 cups old-fashioned oatmeal
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cup mini chocolate chip
3/4 cup peanut butter chips
3/4 cup white chocolate chips
3/4 cup m&m's plain chocolate candy
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Combine first 7 ingredients.
3. Add dry ingredients.
4. Add chips.
5. Drop by rounded teaspoons on greased cookie sheets.
6. Bake 10 minutes.
