Reduced Fat Biscuits

This is adapted from a recipe from General Mills.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups bisquick, heart smart mix (tm)
1/2 cup skim milk
Directions:
1. Stir baking mix and milk together until soft dough forms. Sprinkle hard surface with baking mix. Put dough on this surface and knead it 10 times.
2. Roll dough 1/2 inch thick. Cut with 2 1/2 inch cutter dipped in baking mix. Place biscuits on foil-lined cookie sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
3. Bake at 450* for 7 - 9 minutes or until golden brown.
