My take on Tropical Coleslaw on - coleslaw with fruit, lemon juice, and lemon yogurt.
Ingredients:
16 ounces pre-shredded cabbage
1 banana, sliced
2 cups pineapple, sliced
2 cups mandarin oranges, sliced
1/2 cup dried cranberries
8 ounces lemon yogurt
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
