Redhot Satay Skewers

Sometimes I use these as an appeitzer, sometime a main dish.
Ingredients:
1 pound boneless beef sirloin, pork tenderloin or boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
8 tablespoons hot pepper sauce, divided
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespons plus 1 teaspoon cider vinegar or any vinegar of choice
1 tablespoon butter, melted
Directions:
1. Place meat or chicken strips in shallow pan.
2. Combine 5 tablespons hot pepper sauce, oil and 2 tablespoons vinegar.
3. Pour over meat.
4. Cover and let stand 30 to 45 minutes.
5. Drain, reserving marinade.
6. Thread meat onto soaked wooden skewers.
7. Broil or grill 8 to 10 minutes, brushing with marinade.
8. Combine remaining 3 tablespoons hot pepper sauce, butter and 1 teaspoon vinegar.
9. Serve warm sauce with skewers.
